The whole design looks Great! Everything looks
neat and nice.
Mood of colour are nice. I felt the mood that you
wants to portray.
Structure of Site is of course - easy to navigate
since they aren't much buttons. Your buttons
were greately highlighted.
Suggestions were - the main directory of
the tutorial page , i saw there are 3 sushi
on the main plate. I think those 3 sets of
sushis can be brighter, with photoshop.
Coz currently they looks a different colour
setting from the rest of the things around.

absolutely nice..nice overall layout and design..nice mood..did u include some japanese music ?not the j-pop..yea..
just 1 thing..the tutorial covering the sushi is abit distracting and make the sushi looks fake..
probably some lightings would greatly enhances it..

Anyway, i would like to suggest that maybe you can add on some Japanese vector so that it will have the feeling of Japanese since Sushi is originated from Japan. For me, now is still a bit lack of the Japanese feel.
